How early should I order?應提前多久預訂？
About five working days for a standard one-tier design and about ten for two-tier or complex work, subject to product and capacity review.標準一層款約需五個工作天；雙層或複雜款約需十個工作天，實際日期按款式及產能覆核。
When is an order confirmed?何時正式確認訂單？
Only after review, any revision, payment verification and artwork approval where applicable does the status become CONFIRMED.完成覆核、所需修改、付款核實及適用圖稿批准後，狀態方會變更為 CONFIRMED。
Can I upload a portrait?可以上載相片嗎？
Yes, where the portrait workflow applies. You must have permission to use it, and a proof is confirmed before production.適用相片打印流程的款式可以上載；你必須擁有相片使用權，製作前亦須確認圖稿。
Do you deliver?送貨安排如何計算？
Two-hour windows. Standard HK$180; eligible cake subtotal from HK$2,000 is HK$90; from HK$3,000 is HK$0.送貨以兩小時為一個時段；標準運費 HK$180，合資格蛋糕小計滿 HK$2,000 為 HK$90，滿 HK$3,000 免運費。
