Standard one-tier cakes generally need at least five working days. Two-tier or complex work generally needs at least ten. Three-tier and bespoke work is confirmed manually. Product rules, holidays, blackout dates and capacity may require more time, and selecting a date does not confirm the order.

As a guide, a 5-inch cake serves about 4–6 guests, a 7-inch cake about 8–12, and a 9-inch cake about 14–20. Appetite, portion size, cutting style and event format affect the actual yield.

Where the selected product supports it, any size-based sponge or second-filling upgrade is calculated automatically. Each charge is shown clearly in the price summary before submission.

The cake is delivered whole to help retain moisture, structure and presentation. Serving guidance is approximate; any venue cutting or plating service should be arranged with the venue separately.

Use a clear JPG, PNG or WebP that you have permission to use. Avoid screenshots, tiny faces, heavy compression and important details close to the crop edge. SVG is not accepted. Final pixel and crop guidance remains pending, so the artwork is reviewed before production.

No. Edible printing differs from paper and screen display. Fine detail may soften, colours can shift, and an image may need cropping or repositioning to fit the cake surface. Where an artwork proof is required, the approved version is recorded before production.

No. Reference imagery and the 3D viewer communicate style, proportion and colour direction. Size visualisation is approximate, while handmade piping, flowers, fruit placement and finishing vary naturally.

Choose one of the available two-hour windows. The standard charge is HK$180; an eligible cake subtotal of HK$2,000–2,999 is HK$90; HK$3,000 or above is HK$0. Capacity, unusual venues and restricted locations are reviewed manually.

No. Three-tier, larger, sculptural and unusually complex cakes use Bespoke Atelier. Submitting that form creates an enquiry for manual review and quotation, not a confirmed order and not a payment request.
不可以。三層、較大型、立體造型或特別複雜的蛋糕須經 Bespoke Atelier；提交表格只會建立人手審核及報價查詢，不是已確認訂單，亦不是付款要求。

The request begins at REQUESTED and is reviewed for availability, configuration, delivery, price and artwork. If information changes, you receive a revised summary. Payment instructions are issued only after review; a submitted receipt is then verified manually.
申請會由 REQUESTED 開始，團隊會審核檔期、配置、送貨、價錢及圖稿。如資料需要修改，你會收到更新摘要。付款指示只會在審核後發出，上載收據後亦須人手核實。

Only a written confirmation with status CONFIRMED means the order is accepted. REQUESTED, AWAITING_PAYMENT, PAYMENT_SUBMITTED and PAYMENT_VERIFIED do not by themselves mean confirmation; any required artwork approval must also be complete.

State every dietary and allergen concern in the request. Production capability and cross-contact handling require written manual confirmation; no allergen-free promise is made on the website. A customer with a severe allergy must not rely on the site alone.

Keep the cake and packaging where practical and provide clear photos through the official order thread as soon as reasonably possible. The team reviews the evidence and offers an appropriate remedy where justified. Expected handmade or printing variation alone is not automatically refundable, but mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Final time limits are still pending approval.

They are treated as private order records and are not public gallery content. The exact retention and deletion schedule has not yet been approved, so public launch remains blocked until a verified period and process exist for each record type.
