申請、審核、付款、確認，每一步都清楚。
These working terms explain the private-demo ordering flow. Final legal identity and policy decisions remain launch blockers and are not invented here.以下工作條款交代私人示範版訂購流程；正式法律身份及政策決定仍屬上線前必須確認事項，網站不會自行虛構。
1. A request is not an accepted order 提交申請不等於正式接單
Submitting the form creates a REQUESTED order request only. We still need to review availability, production capacity, product rules, delivery, pricing and any artwork. The order is accepted only when we issue a written confirmation and its status becomes CONFIRMED.
提交表格後只會建立 REQUESTED 訂單申請。我們仍需審核檔期、製作能力、款式規則、送貨、價錢及適用圖稿；只有收到書面確認而狀態變為 CONFIRMED，才代表正式接單。
2. Review and revisions come first 先審核，再確認修改及價錢
We may ask for clearer information, suggest a different size or design, or mark the request REVISION_REQUIRED. Any material change must be shown in an updated configuration and price summary for the customer to accept before payment instructions are issued.
如資料不足、尺寸或設計需要調整，申請可標示為 REVISION_REQUIRED。任何重大修改都應先更新配置及價錢摘要，讓客戶確認後才發出付款指示。
3. Payment does not confirm the order by itself 付款或上載收據本身不代表接單
Bank-transfer or FPS instructions are issued only after review and only through the official order record. After payment, upload the proof requested for that order. PAYMENT_SUBMITTED means the proof is awaiting manual verification; PAYMENT_VERIFIED is still not CONFIRMED where artwork approval or another review remains outstanding. Never pay using details copied from an unofficial message or page.
銀行轉帳或轉數快 FPS 指示只會在審核後，經正式訂單紀錄發出。付款後須按該訂單要求上載收據；PAYMENT_SUBMITTED 只表示等候人手核數，PAYMENT_VERIFIED 亦不等於已接單，如仍需確認圖稿或其他資料，必須完成後才可變成 CONFIRMED。切勿使用非正式訊息或頁面上的付款資料。
4. References, artwork and printing vary 參考圖、圖稿及食用打印會有差異
Photographs, reference cakes and 3D views communicate direction; they are not a guarantee of a pixel-identical result. Edible printing differs from paper or screen display: fine detail may soften, colours may shift and cropping may be needed to fit the cake surface. Handmade piping, flowers, fruit placement, proportions and finishing also vary naturally. Where artwork approval is required, production begins only after the approved proof is recorded.
相片、參考蛋糕及 3D 預覽只用作溝通方向，不保證逐像素相同。食用打印與紙張或螢幕顯示不同，幼細內容可能減少、顏色可能有偏差，亦可能因蛋糕面形狀而需要裁切；唧花、花材、水果擺位、比例及手工修飾亦會有自然差異。如訂單需要確認圖稿，必須記錄已批准版本後才可製作。
5. Upload rights and accurate information 上載權利及資料責任
The requester confirms they have permission to use every uploaded image for this order. Copyrighted characters, logos or third-party artwork are subject to feasibility and rights review and are not automatically accepted. The customer must provide accurate contact, recipient, address, access, venue-booking, dietary and event details, and notify us through the official order thread if something is wrong.
申請人須確認有權為本訂單使用所有上載圖片。受版權保護的角色、標誌或第三方圖稿仍須審核製作可行性及使用權，並非自動獲接納。客戶亦須提供正確聯絡人、收件人、地址、場地進出、訂座、飲食及活動資料；如發現錯誤，應經正式訂單紀錄通知我們。
6. Delivery windows are estimates 送貨時段屬預計安排
Delivery uses a selected two-hour window, subject to capacity and final review. It is not an exact appointment time. Exceptional traffic, weather, venue access or other verified incidents can affect arrival; the team will communicate the issue and assess a reasonable response using the order and incident records.
送貨按所選兩小時時段安排，仍須視乎容量及最終審核，並非精確到達時間。突發交通、天氣、場地進出或其他已核實事故可能影響到達時間；團隊會按訂單及事故紀錄溝通並評估合理處理方法。
7. Allergens require manual confirmation 過敏需要人手書面確認
Every dietary or allergen concern must be declared in the request. No allergen-free, cross-contact-free or suitability claim is made unless the production partner confirms the specific requirement in writing. A customer with a severe allergy must not rely on the website alone.
所有飲食或過敏需要必須在申請中列明。除非生產合作方就該項要求作出書面確認，否則不會聲稱產品完全不含致敏原、沒有交叉接觸或適合特定人士；嚴重過敏人士不可只依賴網站資料。
8. Cancellations, variations and remedies 取消、成品差異及合理補救
A change of mind, late customer change, or an expected handmade or edible-print variation is not automatically a reason for a refund. If a cake is materially different from the approved written brief, incomplete or damaged, keep the cake and packaging where practical and provide clear photos through the official order thread as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the evidence and offer an appropriate remedy where justified. The final cut-off times and remedy matrix are still pending approval.
單純改變主意、客戶逾期修改，或屬已說明的手工及食用打印合理差異，並不會自動構成退款理由。如蛋糕與已批准書面要求有重大不符、缺漏或損壞，在可行情況下請保留蛋糕及包裝，並盡快經正式訂單紀錄提供清晰相片；我們會按證據審核，並在理據成立時提供合適補救。最終截單時間及補救準則仍待批准。
9. Mandatory rights remain 保留不可排除的法定權利
Nothing in these working terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a final policy conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails.
本工作條款不會排除或限制任何依法不可排除或限制的權利或補救。如最終政策與強制適用的法例有衝突，以相關法例為準。
