A considered arrival
由製作時間到交收細節，提交前清楚列明。
Cake complexity, working-day lead time, the requested window, capacity and venue details are reviewed before payment instructions are issued.發出付款指示前，會先覆核蛋糕複雜程度、工作天製作期、送貨時段、容量及場地資料。
Two-hour delivery windows 兩小時送貨時段
The five current standard windows are shown below. Selecting one records a preference; capacity and availability are confirmed during order review. A window is not an exact appointment time.
現時五個標準時段如下。選擇時段只會記錄偏好，容量及供應情況須在訂單審核時確認；時段並非精確到達時間。
Delivery pricing 運費分級
The threshold uses the eligible cake subtotal, including confirmed cake or design upgrades, before delivery is added. The delivery charge itself does not count towards the threshold. A quotation-only request is priced manually.
門檻以合資格蛋糕小計計算，包括已確認的蛋糕或設計升級，然後才加入運費；運費本身不計入門檻。只供報價的查詢會由人手計算。
Provisional lead time 暫定製作時間
Standard one-tier cakes generally require at least five working days. Two-tier or complex work generally requires at least ten working days. Three-tier and bespoke work always requires manual confirmation. Product overrides, holidays, blackout dates and capacity can move the earliest available date later; choosing a date does not confirm the order.
標準一層蛋糕一般最少需要五個工作天；兩層或複雜款一般最少需要十個工作天；三層及專屬訂製必須人手確認。個別產品規則、公眾假期、暫停接單日期及產能都可能令最早可選日期延後；選到日期亦不代表已接單。
Address and venue details 地址及場地資料
A delivery request needs the recipient name and mobile, district, full address, building or estate, floor, flat or unit, and delivery notes. Hotel, restaurant and event-venue deliveries also need the venue name, booking name or number, on-site contact, access instructions and the latest acceptable arrival time.
送貨申請須提供收件人姓名及電話、地區、完整地址、大廈或屋苑、樓層、室號及送貨備註。酒店、餐廳或活動場地另須提供場地名稱、訂座姓名或編號、現場聯絡人、進場指示及最遲可接受到達時間。
Handover and unexpected delay 交收及突發延誤
Someone able to receive and safely store the cake should be available throughout the selected window. Exceptional traffic, weather, venue restrictions or another verified incident may affect arrival. We will use the order and incident records to communicate and assess a reasonable response; the final damage and delay policy remains pending approval.
所選時段內應安排能接收及妥善存放蛋糕的人士在場。突發交通、天氣、場地限制或其他已核實事故可能影響到達時間；我們會按訂單及事故紀錄溝通並評估合理處理方法，最終損壞及延誤政策仍待批准。
